Use of the app
Journexa is a personal journaling tool intended for individual use. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or to store content that violates the rights of others.
AI features
AI-generated mood analysis, insights, and guided responses are for personal reflection only and do not constitute professional mental health advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional.
Subscriptions and billing
Journexa offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy.
Limitation of liability
Journexa is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, indirect damages, or interruption of service.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
